We are General Fitness Gym, we’ve been “working out” in the Gresham area since 2012. We believe in teaching proper movement to everyone regardless of experience level. We get excited about showing people functional movements that improve their lives. Our small group class structure gives everyone individual attention. We believe having a coach is what gets real results. We enjoy having community bbq’s, tango nights, and the occasional beer after class. We offer classes throughout the day from 9am to 6pm.
